** On F-150 Raptor
Now standard across the full F-150 lineup, Auto Start-Stop Technology can help reduce fuel consumption and vehicle emissions during city driving. When F-150 comes to a stop and is at idle, the engine automatically shuts off. Then, it seamlessly restarts when you step on the accelerator or when your foot leaves the brake pedal.
Smart thinking has found its way into every part of the F-150. To find some ingenious examples, look no further than the cargo bed itself.
LED WORK LIGHTS
In pitch-black work locations, available LED box lights can be utilized to illuminate the cargo box. Side mirror-mounted spotlights can also help you see easily while working on a late-night job.
HITCH 'EM UP
True to form, F-150 once again delivers Herculean towing capability. We're talking the kind of pulling power that, up until now, has been limited to three-quarter-ton trucks. So if it's got a hitch, you'll be ready to haul it. Standard Dynamic Hitch Assist provides a visible sight line on the instrument panel display, to help direct your hitch ball to the trailer receiver. It turns the complicated task of hitching a trailer into a simple, one-person job.
